I was made for this business! I absolutely love sharing Saladmaster with everyone I can! I have been working as a Cooking Coach since 2013, and haven't looked back. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life and I continue to grow and love this career.
Core Cooking is the vehicle I use to create the life i desire to live every day. I've learned to cook delicious and healthy meals through the on-going Cooking Classes, and I even run them myself now!
My goals are to help create a sustainable community and live as close to the Earth as possible, cooking with a Whole Food Lifestyle and creating with a community of like minded individuals.
I personally have a spiritual practice that is close to my heart, including Sound Therapy, Capoiera Angola, and Earth Bases Practices, if your curious about any of these, reach out!
