10 minute Biscuits















*Serves 8-10, Electric Skillet

INGREDIENTS:

2.5 cups flour

2 teaspoons sea salt

2 tablespoons baking powder

Half cup raw sugar

Half cup of organic non dairy milk

3 chia eggs

1 chia egg = 1 tbsp. chia 2 tbsp. water

Half cup melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat Electric skillet on 295, Mix well, add more milk if too dry.

Generously flour workspace then roll dough flat and use cup to form/cut biscuit shape. Add biscuits to preheated skillet and cook for 10 minutes (no click) flip and cook 5-7 more minutes. (Should be browned on each side)

Store in a thermal bowl covered with a clean dish towel to keep warm until served.
