Carrot Cake















*Serves 8-10, 2qt  Roaster 


INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups flour  

 3/4 cups coconut sugar   

½ tsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp sea salt  

1 potato shredded #1 cone 

3 large carrots #1 shredder cone  

2 eggs  

1 apple #1 cone 

½  tbsp cinnamon   

½ tbsp ground ginger 

1 apple #4 cone   

 

 INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine ingredients, and then make topping and prepare the Saladmaster 9" small skillet or 3qt roaster. Slice apple #4 cone to layer on bottom of pan.  

Combine all ingredients and mix. Pour ready cake mix onto top of the apple slices.  

Cook stove top Medium-click-Low – It’s all you need to know until cake is firm, ~20-30 minutes depending on your stove.  

Remove from heat. Let cool, flip cake and ENJOY!
