INGREDIENTS:
2 4oz Chicken Breast (25g per 3 oz)
3.5-4 oz Banza Pasta (20g per 3.5 oz)
15oz Crushed Tomatoes or 4 fresh chopped
1 Green Bell pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 small onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. Better than Boullion Veggie Broth
1 ½ cup water
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 oz fresh basil
2oz Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat pan on medium heat, once preheated, add chicken to pan to begin to grill.
Chop all veggies on #3 cone.
When chicken is grilled on one side, flip and add dry pasta on top of the chicken, add veggies, and all liquids on top of noodles, making sure they are covered.
Medium-click-Low – It’s all you need to know! Once noodles are tender, about 10 minutes on low, shred parmesan over the top and serve! ENJOY!
