Chocolate Avocado Pie














INGREDIENTS:

Filling:

 1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder 

1/2cupmaple syrup 

1/2teaspoonsea salt 

2-3 cups Coconut Cream (chilled)

3 perfectly ripe large Avocados


Crust:

1 cup Almonds

1 cup pitted Dates

Large pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine Dates, salt, coconut oil and Almonds in a blender until thoroughly combined, remove and put into a pie pan as the crust.

Refrigerate while creating filling. In a blender, add all theingredients, pit avocados and blend until thoroughly combined.

Once combined, layer filling on top of the crust.

Refrigerate until more solid.

Slice and Enjoy
