Pan: Using 10qt w/inset or 3 qt w/inset (holds 5-6 potatoes)
INGREDIENTS:
7 -10 large russet potatoes
1 8oz cream cheese w/chives
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
5-8 fresh garlic cloves
1-2 cups water (for bottom of pan only!)
2 table spoon butter
INSTRUCTIONS
On slicer cone (#4) cut up well washed potatoes with peel
Add garlic cloves
Put water in bottom of pan, put sliced potatoes & garlic into INSET Medium click Low – It’s all you need to know!
Then add cream cheese with chives and smash
Add sea salt & pepper to taste
