Green Salsa















INGREDIENTS:

5 Green Anaheim Chilies (cut stems off)

3 Jalapenos (cut stems off)

10 Tomatillos

2 Red Tomatoes

Handful of peeled garlic

1 White Onion (cut in half and peeled)

1 Bunch of Cilantro

Oregano

Salt

Cumin

Garlic Powder


DIRECTIONS:

In 5 qt. put onion at the bottom and let grill, then add green chilies, tomatillos, tomatoes, and

jalapenos, med to low. Add everything into blender with fresh garlic and cilantro. Blend, add salt,

garlic powder, pinch of oregano, pinch of cumin and salt to taste.


Enjoy!

Use for dips, or even enchiladas!
