INGREDIENTS:
2-4 lbs fresh salmon
2 lemons
1/2 cup fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line skillet with slices of lemon. Season fish and place on top of lemons. Top fish with dill and cover with additional lemon slices.
Cook medium-click-low all you need to know!
Fish takes about 10 minutes for an inch thick filet.
