INGREDIENTS:
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1-1/4 cloves garlic, sliced
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add dried oregano, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Rub over chicken breasts.
Preheat skillet on medium, add chicken.
Drizzle lemon juice garlic slices.
Brown on one side, flip to other side and brown on other side.
Cook until done.
