Pesto Roasted Carrots














Serves 6-8: 9”small skillet

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup+ Pesto sauce

2-4lbs Carrots

Salt and pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat pan on medium heat , when pan is warm, add carrots and begin to roast carrots on each side, until beginning to brown and caramelize.

When they are caramelized, add the pesto sauce Medium click Low – It’s all you need to know!

Cook until carrots are tender through!
