*Serves 6-10, MP5, 6qt Thermal bowl
INGREDIENTS:
½ red onion #2 cone
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn starch
1 ½ cups plain milk of choice (nut milk is optional to use)
2 cups American cheese
1 ½ cups plain greek yogurt
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
In MP5, melt butter on medium heat (325) and add starch, whisk until crumbly.
Cook 1 minute then whisk in milk. Turn to low and gradually add cheese.
When melted add broccoli and chopped red onions.
Remove from heat and add in greek yogurt and seasonings.
Stir well and ENJOY! This can be used in quesadillas, as dip or as a cheese sauce.
