Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
















*Pan: 9 quart Braiser 


INGREDIENTS:

6 lbs chuck roast 

1 onion, French fry cone, #3

10 garlic cloves, slicer cone #4

4-6 tablespoon corn startch 

½ table spoon sea salt 

½ table spoon onion & garlic powder 

2 sweet potatoes  

3-5 large carrots 


INSTRUCTIONS:

Add onions to preheated pan and grill for 2 min on medium, while cutting up garlic, then add to pan to grill 2 min.

Rub roast with seasonings then add to pan and brown, then Medium click Low It’s all you need to know! 

Cook about 60-70 minutes, or longer for more tender meat.

For gravy about 20 minutes before serving mix 4 table spoons cornstarch to juices at bottom and move around a little.

Place back on medium until click then turn to low broth should thicken.
