Roasted Cauliflower and Bell Peppers














INGREDIENTS:

½ head of cauliflower, cut in steak style slices

3 bell peppers of any color (#3 cone)

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika


INSTRUCTIONS

*Serves 6, 9”small skillet

Preheat pan on medium heat. Season cauliflower with seasonings and then lay slices flat on pan to roast.

Cook 3-5 minutes or until brown.

Flip and add bell peppers to pan and Medium-click-Low
