Roasted Potatoes









*Serves 5, 3qt

INGREDIENTS:

½-1 cup water 

2 lbs fingerling potatoes

1 tbsp. onion powder 

1 tbsp. garlic powder 

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp pepper 

1 tsp sage


INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat pan on medium heat so its beginning to warm, this will help to “roast” potatoes.

Poke all potatoes with a fork and add seasoning before placing in the warm pan.

When vapo-valve begins to click, turn the heat down to LOW, for about 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender to poke wit h a fork.
