INGREDIENTS:
8 Roma tomatoes
1-2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook these ingredients on medium-click-low until tender then add broth and milk/cream for desired thickness!
I also thickened mine with some cornstarch, and added pinch of sugar for the acidity of the tomatoes.
