INGREDIENTS:
1 head Cauliflower cooked until tender (medium-click-low)
Sauce
1 potato cooked until tender (medium-click-low)
1 carrot cooked until tender (medium click low)
½ cup cashew cream
1 cup water
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
Dash of red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Roughly chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces
Cut potato and carrot on Saladmaster machine, I used #3 cone.
Cook all veggies until tender.
Remove potatoes and carrots and add to blender with all the remaining ingredients for the cheeze sauce.
Blend until smoothe.
Once sauce is blended pour generously over ccauliflower.
Stir gently and enjoy!
Sauce can be used as nacho cheese or with regular noodles.
