Waldorf Salad


Ingredients:

6 Apples (French fry cone, #3)

12 celery (French fry cone, #3)

½ - ¾ cup walnuts

½ cup veganaise (or less, to taste)(replace with pineapple juice)

½ cup craisin


Directions:

Use French fry cone (#3) to cut up apples and celery. Put ½ cup nuts into hopper and push with guide. This

will finely shred into salad. Whatever doesn’t shred is fine. Lightly mix and chill.
